Key Responsibilities
As the OTC Process Specialist Lead at Halliburton India, you will:
- Lead one or more OTC functional teams in areas such as:
- Business Development (Pricing & Contracts, Proposals & Quotes)
- Operations (Sales Order Management, Invoicing)
- Supervise, coach, and train junior OTC team members
- Oversee performance reviews, scheduling, development, and other HR responsibilities
- Ensure high standards of data accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across internal/customer-facing OTC processes
- Validate and review deliverables completed by the team
- Utilize multiple systems for data entry, analysis, and report generation
- Develop and publish OTC performance metrics and dashboards
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and leadership
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives across the OTC stream
- Ensure compliance with Halliburton’s safety and environmental policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Educational Background
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field (preferred)
Professional Experience
- Minimum 6 years of relevant OTC or business operations experience
- Experience in order management, invoicing, pricing, or proposals in a shared services environment
- Prior experience in the oil and gas industry or field operations is a plus
Technical Skills
- Strong computer literacy, especially with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Analytical mindset with ability to create and interpret reports
- Understanding of OTC process flows and KPIs
