Key Responsibilities
As an Oracle SCM Senior Consultant at EY, you will:
- Lead requirements gathering and document solutions using AIM or similar methodologies.
- Configure and enhance Oracle EBS SCM modules (Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, Advanced Pricing, Costing, WMS).
- Conduct CRP sessions, design reviews, and Fit-Gap analysis.
- Draft functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams.
- Support solution design, testing (SIT/UAT), and training for business users.
- Deliver high-quality client deliverables within deadlines.
- Provide project documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
- Assist with change requests, enhancements, and PMO activities.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS SCM modules and functional design.
- Hands-on experience in solution design, functional specifications, and testing.

Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in Oracle EBS SCM consulting/implementation.

- Proven experience in configuration, integration, and functional testing.
- Strong expertise in demand, inventory, procurement, costing, and order management workflows.
- Valid passport (for travel as required).
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional/Management degree.
- Experience with offshore/onshore delivery models.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end SCM processes.
