Key Responsibilities
- Drive solution design and implementation of Oracle NetSuite for clients across financials, supply chain management, manufacturing, and services domains.
- Lead end-to-end NetSuite projects, ensuring successful delivery of at least 2 full implementations.
- Customize NetSuite modules, including financial stack, one world solution, taxation, budgeting, and planning.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable NetSuite configurations.
- Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for client teams.
- Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and client deliverables.
- Travel across India for client-facing assignments and provide on-site support as needed.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Hands-on experience in Oracle NetSuite implementation (minimum 2 E2E projects).
- Strong expertise in NetSuite Financials, SCM, Manufacturing, and Services modules.
- Proficiency in solution design, configuration, and customization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing roles.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, project-driven environment and manage multiple priorities.
Educational Qualifications
- Required: BTech or MBA (Finance specialization preferred).
- Preferred: Professional certifications or additional finance/ERP qualifications are an advantage.
