Key Responsibilities
In your role as Payroll Manager – Oracle HCM Cloud, you will:
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations (global scope: UK/USA/Middle East preferred)
- Write and configure Fast Formulas for payroll calculation logic
- Manage Payroll Reconciliation and Parallel Run strategies
- Load payroll data using Batch Loader / SHDL tools
- Configure payroll integrations with Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence, and external payroll systems (e.g., ADP, CDP)
- Analyze and optimize payroll processes for efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
- Stay current with the latest Oracle HCM Cloud updates and recommend enhancements
- Conduct end-user training and support for payroll and HR teams
- Maintain payroll security, auditability, and high-quality delivery standards
Required Skills & Experience
We are looking for candidates with:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll functional area
- Expertise in writing and managing Fast Formulas
- Proven experience in Payroll Implementations, Reconciliation, and Parallel Runs in global contexts
- Technical proficiency with Batch Loader / SHDL tools
- Strong understanding of HR module integrations—especially with Benefits, OTL, and Absence
- Experience with payroll connectors such as ADP, CDP
- Familiarity with Oracle HCM Core HR (preferred)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or relevant disciplines
- Certification in Oracle Fusion Payroll or Oracle HCM Cloud (preferred)
- Strong analytical mindset and strategic problem-solving ability
