Key Responsibilities
As an Oracle HCM Consultant, you will:
- Analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle HCM product features
- Design, configure, and implement Oracle Core HR, Absence, and OTL modules aligned with client HR processes
- Lead client workshops, requirement gathering, CRPs, UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-implementation support
- Configure HR processes, including employee lifecycle, promotions, transfers, salary, exit management, and approval workflows
- Customize pages, workflows, and fast formulas to meet business requirements
- Provide end-user support and training to HR teams, managers, and employees
- Stay current with Oracle HCM updates and implement enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize HR workflows and ensure successful project delivery
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ life cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM modules
- Strong knowledge of Core HR, Absence Management, OTL, Journeys, and HR process integration
- Hands-on experience with configuration, personalization, and security settings
- Expertise in Fast Formulas for Absence & OTL modules
- Excellent communication skills for client-facing engagements
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality outcomes under deadlines
- Familiarity with advanced HR tech tools and continuous learning mindset
