Responsibilities

As an Oracle HCM OTBI Consultant at Deloitte, your key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering customized OTBI and BI Publisher reports for Oracle Cloud (ERP, HCM, SCM).
  • Translating client requirements into technical specifications.
  • Building BI Publisher layouts, data models, and templates.
  • Performing SQL data extraction, transformation, and integration with Oracle Cloud.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving report/data quality issues.
  • Optimizing report performance and conducting tuning activities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior consultants.
  • Staying current with Oracle Cloud updates and enhancements.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related.
  • Experience: 3+ years in Oracle reporting, with at least 2 years in OTBI & BI Publisher.
  • Technical expertise:
    • Oracle Cloud Applications integration with OTBI/BIP
    • Strong SQL and Oracle Data Models
    • BI Publisher layouts, data models, templates
    • XML, XSL, ETL, Data Warehousing concepts
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Oracle certifications (BI, OTBI, OAC)
    • Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud, Agile methodologies
    • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud security and access management
