Key Responsibilities
As an Oracle HCM Compensation Senior Consultant, you will:
- Lead full lifecycle implementations of Oracle HCM Compensation and Benefits modules.
- Configure salary, base pay, individual and workforce compensation, and total compensation statements.
- Set up approval workflows for compensation and benefits processes.
- Write Fast Formulas to address complex compensation and benefits scenarios.
- Define and configure benefit programs, plans, options, rates, coverages, and life events.
- Support testing, production cutover, and post-go-live activities.
- Assist integration teams to build, configure, and test HCM integrations with third-party solutions.
- Create functional design documents and provide end-user training for HR teams, managers, and employees.
- Stay updated with Oracle HCM Compensation enhancements, assess their impact, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure business requirements are translated into technical solutions.
Skills & Qualifications
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation and Benefits modules.
- Hands-on experience in full lifecycle HCM implementation (minimum two life cycle implementations).
- Strong expertise in business process analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design.
- Skilled in Fast Formulas, workflow configuration, benefits plan setup, and end-user support.
- Proficiency with data migration, reporting, and HRIS integration tools.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and team management skills.
- Ability to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality solutions.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

- Base location: Delhi / PAN India
- Hybrid work model with occasional client site visits
