Responsibilities
- Participate in Oracle Fusion ERP Finance module implementations, covering AP, AR, GL, FA, and CM modules.
- Conduct business process analysis to optimize finance operations and improve reporting and compliance.
- Implement India-specific localization features in Oracle Fusion ERP finance modules.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and configure ERP solutions.
- Analyze and manipulate financial data responsibly, providing actionable insights.
- Assist in end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to testing and deployment.
- Communicate project updates clearly through verbal presentations and professional materials.
- Provide constructive feedback and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Follow PwC’s risk management and compliance procedures while delivering client solutions.
Skills and Qualifications
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Finance ERP implementations in India.
- Expertise in finance modules: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM).
- Knowledge of India localization features for Oracle Fusion.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle, analyze, and interpret financial data responsibly.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience with multiple Oracle Fusion Finance implementations.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, process improvement, and ERP best practices.
- Familiarity with Oracle Finance optional modules and advanced configurations.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or a related field.
