Summary

EY (Ernst & Young), a global leader in assurance, consulting, and advisory services, is hiring a Senior Oracle Cloud Technical Consultant in Coimbatore, India (open to other locations across the country). This role is ideal for professionals with 5+ years of Oracle technical experience and at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Cloud Fusion implementations.

As part of EY’s Oracle Tech Architecture and Middleware team, you’ll be responsible for Oracle Cloud ERP technical development, RICE components, data migration, system integrations, OTBI/BIP reporting, and REST API implementations. This position offers exposure to cutting-edge Oracle Cloud technologies, collaboration with global teams, and opportunities to contribute to EY’s digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Design, develop, and implement Oracle RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).
  • Manage data migration, system integrations, and conversions with third-party applications.
  • Configure and develop Oracle Cloud ERP reports using OTBI and BI Publisher.
  • Build integrations with ERP/third-party applications using OIC, REST APIs, and web services.
  • Deliver Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and reusable technical components.
  • Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in Oracle development.
  • Contribute to technical design documentation, deployments, and process improvements.

Must-Have Skills

  • 5+ years of Oracle technical experience, with at least 2 years in Oracle Cloud Fusion.
  • Hands-on expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle RICE component development.
  • Strong experience in OIC integrations, REST APIs, ADFDI, FBDI, and HDL.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP functional specs, role-based security, and reporting tools.
  • Experience in data migration, conversions, and ERP integrations.
  • Proficiency in OTBI reports, BI Publisher templates, and analytics.
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Exposure to SOA, SmartView, Analysis Dashboard, or Financial Reporting Studio (FRS).
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Oracle certifications (Fusion/ERP) as an added advantage.
  • Multi-domain experience across different Oracle and integration tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Oracle certifications preferred.
