Responsibilities
As an Oracle Cloud Financials Manager, you will:
- Lead full lifecycle Oracle Cloud ERP Finance implementations.
- Conduct workshops and design sessions to gather business requirements.
- Configure and optimize Oracle Financial modules to meet client needs.
- Manage and mentor a team of functional consultants.
- Oversee data migration, integrations, and testing activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, reporting, and integration leads.
- Serve as the primary client liaison for finance-related matters.
- Provide post-go-live support and recommend continuous improvements.
- Ensure compliance with SOX, audit standards, and statutory reporting requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of Oracle Financials experience (5+ years in Oracle Cloud ERP).
- Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, SLA, Expenses).
- Experience with Chart of Accounts design, legal entity setup, and ledgers in Oracle Cloud.
- Solid understanding of IFRS / GAAP and financial process design.
- Proven experience with Data Migration, Functional Testing, Cutover, and Go-Live Support.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
