Key Responsibilities
As an Operator (FNGL) at QatarEnergy, your responsibilities will include:
- Operating and adjusting production facilities and process equipment.
- Ensuring maximum recovery and injection on assigned shifts.
- Supporting General Operators and Senior Operators to maintain plant efficiency.
- Monitoring operations to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Following technical instructions and maintaining accurate records of shift activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in process plant operations within oil, gas, or petrochemical industries.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and plant operation practices.
- Good oral and reading ability, and fair written proficiency in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a shift-based operational environment.
Educational Qualifications
- Completion of Secondary education (12 years).
- 3 years of formal technical training in process plant operations.
- Additional short courses in safety and plant operations (preferred).
- For nationals, TAFE or equivalent qualification is acceptable.
