Key Responsibilities
As a Production Operator (Fahahil & Jaleha) with QatarEnergy, you will:
- Operate and adjust production facilities and process equipment under the guidance of senior operators.
- Ensure maximum recovery and injection during your assigned shift.
- Monitor systems and equipment to maintain safe and efficient operations.
- Record operational data and follow established company standards.
- Support continuous improvement in safety and operational reliability.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience operating process plants in the oil, gas, or petrochemical industry.
- Strong oral and reading communication skills; fair written English proficiency.
- Ability to work independently in a shift-based operational environment.
Educational Qualifications
- Completion of Secondary education (12 years).
- 3 years of formal technical training in process plant operations.
- Additional short courses in safety and plant operations are an advantage.
- For Qatari nationals, TAFE or equivalent qualification is acceptable.
