Key Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise operational personnel involved in hydrocarbon production activities at Khatiyah.
- Ensure hydrocarbon production processes are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.
- Achieve Operational Availability Rate (OAR) targets by optimizing team performance and resource allocation.
- Monitor daily production operations and troubleshoot operational issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production processes and safety practices.
- Prepare reports on production performance, incidents, and improvement actions.
- Promote a safety-first culture and enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven team leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate operational staff.
- Strong analytical and diagnostic abilities to identify and resolve production issues.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and SAP CMMS for reporting and maintenance management.
- Minimum 8-10 years of hydrocarbon processing experience, including at least 4 years in a supervisory role.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, preferably Chemical or Petroleum Engineering.
