Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate, interface, and oversee all maintenance and project activities in assigned units.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Operations and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth communication and optimal resource allocation.
- Facilitate multi-discipline coordination including Management of Change (MOC), Plant Change Requests (PCRs), and work scheduling.
- Ensure maintenance modifications comply with QatarEnergy technical standards, safety policies, and specifications.
- Monitor the implementation of maintenance plans, emphasizing operational efficiency and safety.
- Support Operations and Maintenance management in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges.
- Prepare reports and documentation to track maintenance progress and project updates.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas operations, with at least 8 years in supervisory or coordination roles.
- Strong command of spoken and written English for effective communication.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
- Skilled in quick troubleshooting, decision-making, and problem-solving.
- Proficient in computer skills and familiar with industry-specific software.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and maintain professional relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of field maintenance activities and operational workflows.
- Strong organizational and presentation abilities.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical Engineering or an equivalent field.
