Key Responsibilities
As a Nurse at QatarEnergy, your core duties will include:
- Deliver comprehensive primary health nursing care following QatarEnergy policies and healthcare guidelines.
- Provide acute and primary care services ensuring patient safety and high standards of care.
- Support health assessments, patient monitoring, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate closely with medical teams to implement care plans and health promotion initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and QatarEnergy’s internal standards.
- Utilize healthcare IT systems efficiently to record and manage patient information.
- Participate actively in continuous professional development and training programs.
- Ensure effective communication with patients and colleagues in English, and Arabic if possible.
Required Skills & Experience
- Eligible and licensed to practice nursing in Qatar.
- Minimum 3 years of post-registration experience in acute or primary care settings.
- Additional professional certification such as Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Intermediate Life Support (ILS) preferred.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality nursing care with compassion and professionalism.
- Proficient computer skills, especially with Microsoft Word and healthcare-related IT systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to ethical nursing standards.
Educational Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with at least 3 years of certificated training or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing).
- Valid Qatar Nursing License or eligibility for licensing is mandatory.
