Key Responsibilities
- Act as the L3 escalation point for incidents across networking and security services
- Troubleshoot and resolve high-complexity tickets involving cross-technology environments
- Use monitoring tools to proactively detect issues and mitigate risks before impact
- Lead knowledge transfer by creating SOPs and mentoring junior engineers (L1/L2)
- Review infrastructure and services to recommend performance improvements and automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including vendors and clients on escalations
- Support project delivery, disaster recovery testing, and compliance audits
- Maintain documentation, configuration records, and change logs accurately
- Engage in root cause analysis and long-term solutions for recurring issues
Skills & Qualifications
Technical Requirements:
- 5+ years in managed IT services, with a focus on network security and infrastructure
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes, SLAs, and service delivery
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, virtualization, and automation tools
- Hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, routers, switches, and related systems
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills
- Ability to manage priorities under pressure and changing environments
- Analytical thinker with a client-focused mindset and attention to detail
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
