Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multi-cloud Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects involving Azure, AWS, GCP, and OCI
- Design, implement, and maintain IAM policies, roles, permissions, and security controls across cloud platforms
- Manage Azure AD roles, RBAC, policy management, conditional access, and PowerShell/Azure CLI scripting
- Oversee AWS IAM roles, policies, CloudTrail monitoring, JSON scripting, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Administer GCP IAM, including policy-based access control, role management, and Terraform automation
- Handle OCI tenancy, compartment models, user lifecycle management, dynamic groups, and CLI operations
- Utilize Prisma Cloud for workload and cloud infrastructure protection, IAM security module, and multi-cloud governance
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality cloud security solutions
- Define project scope, lead delivery teams, and ensure alignment with client specifications and security best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in cloud platforms with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Expertise in Azure IAM (AAD, RBAC, conditional access), AWS IAM (CLI, SDK, JSON scripting), GCP IAM, and OCI IAM
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or AWS CDK for defining IAM as code
- Experience with cloud security tools like Prisma Cloud for IAM security and compliance
- B.E/B.Tech from Tier 1/2 institutes in Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines
- Cloud security certifications (e.g., Azure Security, AWS Certified Security, GCP Professional Security) preferred
- Ability to lead project delivery, manage client relationships, and work with diverse teams
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel frequently to client sites across Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Mumbai
