Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage client firewall infrastructure and security solutions to ensure continuous operational availability.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot security incidents and network errors before they impact service.
- Handle first-line incident support for low to standard complexity security and firewall-related issues.
- Provide telephonic and chat support to clients for timely incident resolution.
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance windows for patching and configuration changes.
- Perform shift handover processes to maintain uninterrupted service.
- Escalate unresolved incidents to appropriate resolver groups or third-party vendors.
- Update and maintain knowledge base articles and create new documentation to support team efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements within security incident handling.
- Support disaster recovery activities and testing as required.
- Collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure positive client experiences.

- Experience working in medium to large ICT organizations preferred.
