Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain MLOps pipelines for model deployment, inference, monitoring, and retraining.
- Monitor models for data drift and model drift to ensure consistent performance in production.
- Develop scalable deployment, inference, monitoring, and retraining pipelines leveraging tools like Kubeflow and MLflow.
- Automate CI/CD pipelines for machine learning workflows using GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, and related services.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to enhance the MLOps architecture and operational efficiency.
- Lead internal training sessions on MLOps best practices and tool usage.
- Build and deploy REST APIs for seamless model integration using frameworks like FastAPI.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms.
- Proven track record of operationalizing ML projects using frameworks such as Kubeflow, AWS SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning, or Google AI Platform.
- Proficient in Python for ML model development and automation scripting.
- Good knowledge of Bash and Unix/Linux command-line tools.
- Experience in building and managing CI/CD/CT pipelines for ML workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Understanding of core ML and AI concepts with practical model development experience.
Preferred Experience
- Working knowledge of PySpark and Azure Databricks for large-scale data processing.
- Experience with orchestration and workflow automation tools like Airflow.
- Development of scalable REST APIs using FastAPI or equivalent frameworks.
- Expertise in tracking and mitigating data drift and model drift in production ML systems.
- Strong communication and training skills to support team-wide MLOps adoption.
