Responsibilities
- Research and evaluate sensor technologies and large-scale sensor data to train advanced sensor foundation models.

- Collaborate with research teams to translate sensor data insights into practical AI products.
- Lead or participate in technical design reviews, influencing decisions on sensor AI technologies.
- Debug and resolve complex system issues affecting hardware, network, or service quality.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software development.
- 5+ years experience testing, launching software products with ML components.
- 5+ years in leading technical projects involving ML design, model deployment, evaluation, and optimization.
- Experience in speech/audio processing, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or a specialized ML field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and AI development, with production-level model deployment.
- Ability to work effectively with product managers, ML engineers, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong collaboration skills, working across global, distributed teams and time zones.
