Key Responsibilities
As a Mechanical Supervisor – Civil Airports at ADNOC Distribution, your core duties will include:
- Supervising mechanical maintenance of fueling systems and pipelines at ADNOC-operated airports.
- Ensuring safety compliance, operational integrity, and regulatory adherence in all maintenance tasks.
- Coordinating with engineering teams and third-party contractors for project execution and upgrades.
- Performing inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on pumps, valves, and pressure systems.
- Preparing daily reports and maintaining accurate maintenance logs using CMMS tools.
- Leading and mentoring technicians and ensuring proper use of mechanical tools and PPE.
- Supporting emergency response operations and maintaining operational readiness at all times.
Key Skills
- Strong expertise in mechanical maintenance and supervision within fuel distribution or aviation settings.
- Hands-on experience with pipeline systems, fuel dispensers, pumps, tanks, and valves.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management systems (CMMS) and understanding technical drawings.
- Solid knowledge of HSE standards, risk assessments, and airport-specific safety regulations.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and ensure performance under pressure.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in aviation or fuel facilities.
- UAE experience or familiarity with ADNOC operational standards is preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage due to site mobility requirements.
