Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 4–8 years of hands-on maintenance engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, pumps, motors, seals, and bearings
- Familiarity with ASME standards and mechanical reliability checks
- Proficiency in root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
- Excellent communication and vendor management skills
- Strong local network in the Khopoli–Taloja industrial area is preferred
