💼 Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of enterprise application solutions, focusing on Finance, Procurement, and Facilities domains.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to design scalable, secure, and integrated solution architectures.
- Manage the implementation and optimization of complex workflow-based applications to improve business processes.
- Drive automation initiatives leveraging RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and AI technologies to boost operational efficiency.
- Conduct Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) to eliminate inefficiencies and introduce technology-enabled process improvements.
- Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
- Mentor and guide cross-functional teams, enhancing performance and innovation.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, ensuring seamless delivery.
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Engage in stakeholder management at all levels and translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
🎯 Candidate Profile
- Strong domain expertise in Finance (GL, AP, AR, FP&A), Procurement (S2P, P2P), Facilities Management, Contract Management, and Travel & Expense Management.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale application projects, ideally in professional services firms.
- Deep technical knowledge of workflow automation and advanced technologies like RPA and AI/ML.
- Hands-on experience or deep understanding of solution architecture and technical design.
- Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile Scrum Master preferred.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Preferred Certifications:
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- Prince2 Practitioner
- Agile Scrum Master
