Key Responsibilities
As a Manager – Agile Coach at EY, your responsibilities include:
- Leading complex business process improvement initiatives using Agile, Lean, and structured methodologies.
- Designing and applying process improvement frameworks to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Managing initiatives end-to-end: defining scope, setting requirements, and ensuring timely project delivery.
- Developing process documentation such as requirements, functional specifications, gap analyses, and process maps.
- Building and managing strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Coaching teams and individuals on Agile practices, change adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Supporting training, change management, and communication plans for smooth adoption of new processes.
- Applying structured change management approaches to minimize operational disruptions.
- Acting as a change agent, promoting best practices and driving Agile transformation within EY and client organizations.
