Key Responsibilities
As a Manager – TAD at BCG Platinion, you will:
- Lead the design and execution of global business services (GBS) strategies, including shared services, outsourcing, and operating models.
- Drive digitalization of client support functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, Core Operations) to enhance efficiency and value creation.
- Develop and implement enterprise talent sourcing strategies aligned with business needs and market trends.
- Design and oversee the creation of Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and Digital Hubs, ensuring strategic alignment and sustainable impact.
- Develop next-generation digital operations service offerings for IT/ITeS players, identifying new opportunities and competitive strategies.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders while delivering high-impact strategic recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- MBA from a Tier 1 Business School.
- 10+ years of consulting experience in global business services, shared services, outsourcing, and digital operations.
- Proven expertise in digital transformation initiatives across support functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, Core Ops).
- Strong track record in talent sourcing strategy, shared services advisory, and CoE/Digital Hub setup.
- Deep understanding of the IT/ITeS sector and its evolving digital service models.
