Key Responsibilities
As a Manager – SAP SuccessFactors Payroll and HCM, you will:
- Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Payroll and Employee Central implementation projects across global setups.
- Configure payroll core modules including PCRs, payroll posting, wage type characteristics, and statutory infotypes.
- Provide production support and warranty services for payroll systems.
- Actively participate and lead Design, Playback, and UAT workshops with clients and internal teams.
- Manage data migration efforts including preparation, validation, transformation, and loading of payroll data.
- Implement positive time management functionalities and build custom MDFs, business rules, letters, and notifications.
- Ensure compliance with Indian payroll statutory requirements and regulations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to exceed client expectations.
- Mentor junior consultants and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
- Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities in HR technology.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7-10 years of extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll implementation.
- Hands-on expertise with payroll configurations: PCR, payroll tables, wage type processing, payroll posting, and statutory reporting.
- Certified Employee Central practitioner with 2-6 years of dedicated experience.
- Experience leading or supporting 2-3 full-cycle SuccessFactors Payroll projects.
- Strong knowledge of India Payroll statutory requirements; experience with Middle East or Europe payroll is a plus.
- Proven ability in conducting Design, Playback, and UAT workshops.
- Experience with positive time management and other SuccessFactors modules (Payroll, Compensation) preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid model with occasional travel to client sites.
