Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management modules in global client environments.
  • Configure and customize Employee Central components such as Custom Objects, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), MDF, Foundation Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, and Report Center.
  • Design and translate business requirements into scalable system configurations and solution designs.
  • Manage system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and overall quality assurance for SuccessFactors Time Management implementations.
  • Provide production support and warranty services to ensure seamless HRIS operations.
  • Perform data migration activities from legacy HR systems into SuccessFactors Employee Central modules.
  • Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors updates and proactively implement enhancements related to absence and time tracking.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and solution designs.
  • Generate analytical reports and dashboards to provide insights on employee time, attendance, and compliance trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management modules.
  • Proven track record of at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central and 1 full implementation of Time Management.
  • Certified SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central consultant preferred.
  • Expertise in configuring MDF objects, Foundation Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, and RBP.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS data migration, testing methodologies, and integration processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in relevant fields.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with global teams and client stakeholders.
