Responsibilities
As a Manager – SAP SuccessFactors Payroll and Employee Central, you will:
- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Payroll and Employee Central implementations.
- Configure payroll core functionalities including PCR configuration, payroll posting, wage type characteristics, and statutory reporting.
- Provide production and warranty support for global payroll systems.
- Drive workshops such as Design, Playback, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to exceed expectations.
- Support data migration activities including template preparation, validation, and data loading.
- Implement positive time management functionalities and build custom MDF objects, business rules, letters, and notifications.
- Ensure compliance with India Payroll statutory requirements and regulations.
- Coach and mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
- Act as a key influencer by providing strategic insights and solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll implementations.
- Proven track record managing 2-3 full-cycle SuccessFactors Payroll and Employee Central projects.
- Strong hands-on expertise in payroll configuration: PCRs, payroll tables, wage type processing, and statutory infotypes.
- Certified Employee Central Practitioner with 2-6 years of relevant experience.
- Good understanding of payroll and HR processes in India, Middle East, and Europe (preferred).
- Experience in design workshops, UAT, and data migration strategies.
- Knowledge of positive time management and other SuccessFactors modules (Compensation, Payroll) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to adapt in a hybrid work environment and travel occasionally.
