Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to engagement teams to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Lead or contribute to marketing pitches and client proposals.
- Conduct financial analysis, advanced financial modeling, and data analysis.
- Perform market research, including primary and secondary sources.
- Independently manage financial modeling and valuation exercises.
- Prepare high-quality reports and presentations using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Thrive in unstructured environments and provide practical solutions.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to support transaction advisory and due diligence activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA from a premier Tier-I Indian B-school.
- 6–8 years of post-qualification experience in transaction advisory, commercial due diligence, or strategy.
- Strong experience with investment banking, M&A, private equity, or venture capital transactions.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience in valuation, market research, and data analysis.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including report writing.
- Preference for candidates from Big 4 CA firms or reputed investment banks.
