Key Responsibilities
- Support the team to enhance efficiency and productivity in managing client engagements.
- Assist in marketing pitches and proposal development.
- Take independent charge of financial modeling, data analysis, and valuation exercises.
- Conduct market research, both primary and secondary, to support strategic decisions.
- Prepare high-quality reports and presentations using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to support corporate finance and transaction advisory projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA from a premier Tier-I Indian B-school, with exposure to transaction advisory, commercial due diligence, or strategy.
- 6–8 years of post-qualification experience in investment banking, M&A, private equity, or related advisory roles.
- Strong financial modeling, valuations, data analysis, and market research skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including report writing.
- Experience with Big 4 CA firms or reputed investment banks is preferred.
