Key Responsibilities
- Lead development, testing, and deployment of AI/ML models using Python, R, SAS, MATLAB.
- Design deep learning, NLP, and advanced analytics solutions for forensic investigations.
- Validate existing AI models for bias, fairness, and risk assessment.
- Analyze, visualize, and interpret data; identify distribution differences affecting model performance.
- Tune AI/ML models for accuracy, coverage, and real-world applicability.
- Manage databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) and big data platforms.
- Build interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or Spotfire.
- Oversee functional design, process mapping, prototyping, testing, training, and support procedures.
- Conduct analytics for forensic investigations to detect fraud, red flags, and anomalies.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and engineering teams to implement advanced solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong programming expertise in Python, R, SAS, MATLAB and AI/ML frameworks.
- Experience in deep learning, NLP, TensorFlow, and AI model validation.
- Proficiency in data visualization, database management, and big data platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage high-pressure situations.
- Knowledge of forensic technology tools and investigative analytics techniques.
Qualifications
- B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, or BCA.
- Minimum 7–9 years of experience in software development, AI, ML, or forensic analytics.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and analytics software.
