KPMG India is hiring a Manager – SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This role is ideal for experienced SAP professionals with S/4 HANA expertise who want to lead SAP SD implementations, migrations, and pre-sales initiatives. The Manager – SAP SD will configure and support SAP S/4 HANA SD modules, ensuring seamless integration with business processes and other SAP systems. This position provides exposure to end-to-end SAP SD lifecycle, GST-compliant Indian projects, SAP cloud solutions, and strategic SAP roadmap activities. Candidates must have strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills, along with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and map them to SAP SD processes.
- Configure and customize SAP SD modules according to client specifications.
- Conduct detailed analysis of complex business processes, identify gaps, and implement practical solutions.
- Lead pre-sales activities, SAP project management, workshops, and blueprinting sessions.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure integration and compatibility with other SAP modules.
- Stay updated with latest SAP S/4 HANA features, SAP cloud solutions, and roadmap initiatives.
- Conduct workshops and presentations to validate business design.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure project success.
Skills & Competencies
- Expertise in SAP SD modules: Pricing, Credit Management, Rebates, Consignment, Batch Management, Deliveries, Billing.
- Hands-on experience in S/4 HANA implementation and migration projects.
- Strong pre-sales, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.
- Excellent team collaboration, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of Indian projects, GST compliance, SAP cloud solutions, and SAP roadmap.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Engineering, IT, or Management (BCom, BE/BTech, MBA, MTech, PGDMMCA).
- SAP Certification preferred.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of handling complex SAP SD projects under tight deadlines.
