Job Details at a Glance

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Basis project implementations from start to finish, including design, configuration, and deployment.
• Manage SAP Basis activities across multiple projects, including system administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP SD Enquiry to Billing cycle, pricing routines, and advanced pricing configurations.
• Implement and configure SAP modules to support business scenarios such as Third Party Sales, Inter/Intra-company sales, and credit management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP Basis with other SAP modules and ensure smooth data flow.
• Write clear functional specifications and configuration documents aligned with client requirements.
• Work closely with Indian clients to understand their business processes and translate them into SAP configurations.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a high-performance SAP Basis team culture.
• Support pre-sales and business development activities by providing technical expertise in SAP Basis.
• Ensure compliance with Deloitte’s standards and client expectations for project delivery quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of hands-on SAP Basis experience, including end-to-end project implementation.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC, CRM, SRM, NetWeaver, and SAP BASIS infrastructure.
• Expertise in SAP SD module with a focus on pricing, billing, and sales cycle configuration.
• Proven experience working with Indian clients in consulting or management environments.
• Ability to analyze and map business processes, identifying ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ states.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related fields from a premier institute.
• Willingness to travel frequently for client engagements across India.
