💼 Key Responsibilities
As a SAP ABAP HANA Manager at Deloitte India, your core duties will include:
- Leading and delivering end-to-end SAP ABAP development projects with a focus on HANA optimization and Core ABAP
- Designing, coding, testing, and debugging complex SAP ABAP programs, including User Exits, BADIs, Forms, Adobe Forms, ALE/IDOCs
- Conducting performance tuning and code optimization to enhance SAP system efficiency
- Collaborating closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Managing client interactions with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Acting as a hands-on development lead in 2-4 full lifecycle SAP implementations
- Mentoring junior developers and leading SAP ABAP teams to deliver high-quality code on time
- Working onsite with clients and demonstrating strong client-facing abilities

Technical Skills:
- Expert knowledge in SAP ABAP Objects, Classes, Events, Methods
- Experience with Core ABAP programming and SAP HANA development
- Proficient in User-Exits, BADIs, ALE/IDOCs, SAP Adobe Forms, Smart Forms
- Strong ability in SAP performance tuning and debugging
- Familiarity with SAP modules integration and end-to-end implementation cycles
