✅ Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance SAP ABAP solutions including Core ABAP and RAP.
- Develop and implement CDS Views, OData services, and custom enhancements.
- Perform SAP system performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Design and develop Adobe Forms and User-Exits to meet client requirements.
- Manage ALE/IDOC integration frameworks for seamless data exchange.
- Act as an active implementation team member across 2–4 SAP implementation projects.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Engage in client-facing activities, providing technical expertise and solution recommendations.
- Mentor junior ABAP developers, guiding them in coding standards and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with Deloitte’s purpose-driven culture, focusing on quality, integrity, and innovation.
🛠️ Required Skills & Expertise
- Proven expertise in SAP ABAP Development (Core ABAP and RAP).
- Strong knowledge of CDS View creation and OData services development.
- Hands-on experience in IDOCs, BADI, User-Exits, Adobe Forms, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with ALE integration frameworks.
- Experience in 2–4 full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel for short- and long-term client engagements.
🎓 Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline from a premier institute.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development and implementation.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Willingness to travel as required.
