Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach teams of 8–10 valuation professionals across offices and geographies.
- Oversee end-to-end preparation of equity valuations for illiquid investments within portfolio valuations.
- Manage workflow, staffing, quality review, project timelines, and team utilization.
- Execute complex valuation projects independently and provide review support for team deliverables.
- Guide teams on accounting standards and project-specific issues.
- Contribute to the team’s growth strategy, identifying markets, products, and skill sets to scale operations.
- Drive KGS integration with onshore teams and actively participate in business development initiatives.
- Maintain strong collaboration with onshore teams to achieve business outcomes.
- Lead recruitment, learning, development, and performance management for team members.
- Participate in corporate finance task forces and pan-DA initiatives.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in equity and portfolio valuations of illiquid investments.
- Proficiency in valuation modeling, financial analysis, and accounting standards.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing and mentoring high-performing finance teams.

Qualifications
- Education: CA / CFA / MBA in Finance & Investment Management.
