Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Oracle developers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and performance coaching to team members.
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop project plans, allocate resources, and manage timelines to meet project goals and deliverables.
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle PL/SQL applications, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging Oracle technologies, best practices, and industry trends to drive innovation.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL development and Oracle Forms / OAF.
- Expertise in database optimization, SQL tuning, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle GoldenGate, RMAN, Data Guard, and high-availability environments.
- Experience in backup, recovery, patching, upgrades, and migrations.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix scripting for database automation.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication and team collaboration abilities.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Oracle database development and manufacturing cloud solutions.
- Proven experience in team management and project delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees, MBA/PGDM, or CA are a plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, enterprise software solutions, and DevOps practices.
