Key Responsibilities
As a Manager in Oracle HCM Talent, your responsibilities include:
- Lead Oracle HCM Talent Management implementations across global setups.
- Configure modules including Goal & Performance, Succession Planning, Talent Pool, Talent Review Meetings, Career Development, and Profile Management.
- Conduct business process workshops and advise clients on best practices and system adoption.
- Support clients across all project phases: requirement gathering, system design, configuration, CRPs, testing & UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-production support.
- Assist with data migration and integration with third-party/custom solutions.
- Provide end-user training and support to HR teams, managers, and employees.
- Stay updated on Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management enhancements and recommend system improvements.
- Lead and mentor junior consultants, fostering team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Skills & Qualifications
Required Skills
- 8+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management experience.
- Hands-on experience with two or more full life cycle implementations.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, cross-pillar dependencies, and system configurations.
- Proficiency in Page Personalization, security and approval workflows, and advanced Oracle HCM functionalities like ME/Grow/Journeys.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Educational Qualifications
- Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management.
- Background in HR, IT, or related fields preferred.
Location & Working Model
- Base location: PAN India (primarily Delhi)
- Hybrid work model with occasional travel to client sites.
