Key Responsibilities
As a Manager – Oracle HCM Compensation, you will:
- Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Compensation and Benefits implementations, including multiple life cycle projects.
- Configure salary structures, base pay, individual compensation, and total compensation statements.
- Design and implement approval workflows for compensation processes.
- Write fast formulas for compensation and benefits calculations.
- Define benefit programs, plans, options, rates, and life event handling.
- Support clients through testing, production cutover, and post-go-live activities.
- Manage data migration, integration, and functional design documentation.
- Provide end-user support and training for HR teams, managers, and employees.
- Stay updated on Oracle HCM Cloud enhancements, recommending and implementing system improvements.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to analyze business processes, define requirements, and design solutions.
Skills & Qualifications
Required Skills
- 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation module experience.
- Certification in Oracle HCM Compensation & Benefits.
- Experience with integrations (LinkedIn, Zoom, MS Teams).
- Strong functional design, configuration, and testing expertise in Oracle HCM.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and team management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HR transformation programs and process optimization.
