Key Responsibilities
As a Manager – Major Projects Advisory at KPMG India, you will:
- Lead advisory and project management initiatives in infrastructure projects, especially highways and major national projects.
- Analyze project lifecycle, concession agreements, and stakeholder roles to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills
Essential:
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- MBA / Master’s degree in Infrastructure, Project Management, or related fields.
- 3+ years of professional experience in infrastructure or highway sector projects.
- Strong understanding of National Highways Project lifecycle, concession agreements, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and report writing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
- Self-driven with strong commitment to long-term projects and initiative ownership.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in management consulting for infrastructure projects.
- Exposure to highway project development, public-private partnerships (PPP), and energy/infrastructure advisory.
- Strong leadership and team mentoring capabilities.
