Key Responsibilities

As a Manager – IAM / IGA at EY, you will:

• Deliver Identity and Access Management (IAM) support services across multiple client engagements.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance frameworks in IAM operations.
• Manage and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and service performance metrics.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery.
• Prioritize tickets and manage team workload in a shared services environment.
• Oversee log monitoring, alert handling, dashboard maintenance, and staff training.
• Set up project governance, reporting status updates to stakeholders (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Contribute to IAM solution design, development, and implementation, preferably with SailPoint.
• Provide effort estimations and proposals for IAM support projects.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding teams and fostering a supportive culture.
• Manage senior client relationships and present IAM solutions to stakeholders.
• Support pre-sales, proposals, and RFP responses where required.
• Lead hiring, training, performance reviews, and career development for team members.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of IAM, Access Governance, and Data Quality practices.
• Proven experience in IT Security (network, OS, databases, web technologies, application security).
• Hands-on expertise in IAM solution delivery and managed services.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of requirements definition, system design, and software development lifecycle.

Preferred Skills

• SailPoint Identity product experience.
• ITIL certification and post-production support experience.
• Experience handling shared resource models in managed services.
• Familiarity with strategic and tactical security practices.
• Empathy, assertiveness, and team leadership skills.
• Pre-sales or proposal management experience.
