Key Responsibilities
As the Manager – Employee Transportation at BCG Gurgaon, you will:
- Lead spot rental and ground logistics operations across India.
- Develop strategies for cost optimization, employee safety, and sustainability.
- Oversee daily rental operations, vendor governance, and KPI compliance.
- Draft and enforce SOPs, transportation policies, and car allocation systems.
- Implement and manage the integrated booking tool for user compliance and vendor delivery tracking.
- Validate vendor invoices and coordinate with finance for timely payments.
- Maintain a database of reliable car service providers in key traffic zones.
- Negotiate contracts and manage escalations/crisis situations effectively.
- Collect and analyze MIS data, create dashboards, and share insights with stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements through technology adoption and automation.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 14+ years’ experience in transportation/ground logistics, including spot rentals in MNCs.
- Expertise in vendor management, contracts, and compliance.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook).
- Strong ability to manage stakeholder expectations and multi-task under pressure.
- Exposure to international work environments and corporate travel policies.
- High adaptability, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability.
