Key Responsibilities
As a Manager – Data Engineering at EY Hyderabad, you will:
- Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing data engineering team.
- Design and maintain scalable ETL pipelines to process structured/unstructured data.
- Build and optimize fault-tolerant data architectures for cloud and on-premises systems.
- Implement and fine-tune relational and NoSQL databases for efficiency and security.
- Automate data ingestion, transformation, and validation to reduce manual effort.

- Must Have:
- 8+ years in data engineering, including 5+ years managing teams and infrastructure.

- Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science/IT/Data Engineering.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and client-facing communication skills.
