Responsibilities
As the D365 CRM/Power Platform Manager, you will:
- Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions.
- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Configure/customize D365 CRM components: entities, forms, workflows, plugins.
- Build and deploy Power Platform apps (Canvas, Model-driven, Power Pages, Portals).
- Integrate CRM/Power Platform with other enterprise systems using APIs and connectors.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams and manage project deliverables.
- Ensure compliance and security best practices are followed across platforms.
- Document architecture, processes, and deployment frameworks.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide ongoing user training.
- Collaborate in pre-sales, demos, and solution presentations.
Required Skills
- 8–15 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
- Experience leading teams of 10+ and managing complex solution deployments.
- Proficiency in Power Platform tools: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI.
- Strong background in custom scripting using JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Integration experience using APIs, Azure services, and middleware.
- Solution packaging expertise (managed/unmanaged).
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Architect) preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps CI/CD practices.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of GDPR, HIPAA, or other data privacy regulations.
- Experience with Power Virtual Agent, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and DevOps pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with custom pages, cloud architecture, and CI/CD automation.
