💼 Key Responsibilities

• Lead cyber defense projects focused on protecting client networks, applications, and digital infrastructure.
• Assess and manage cyber risks, and design defense strategies to mitigate security threats.
• Lead technical implementation of advanced security solutions (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS, Endpoint Protection).
• Conduct threat and vulnerability assessments and guide clients in remediation actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of cybersecurity services.
• Act as a subject matter expert in cyber defense, advising clients on security best practices.
• Provide thought leadership and drive continuous improvement in cyber defense practices.
• Manage project teams and coordinate multiple concurrent cybersecurity projects.
• Stay updated with evolving cyber threat landscape and emerging security technologies.

🎯 Candidate Profile

• Strong technical expertise in cyber defense technologies and security operations.
• Proven experience in implementing and managing SIEM, endpoint protection, network security, and incident response solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities managing cross-functional teams.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, GIAC) are highly preferred.
• Experience in working under stringent deadlines in client environments.
• Willingness to travel across India and abroad as per project requirements.

🎓 Educational Qualifications & Certifications

• BE/BTech / MCA / MBA in relevant fields.
• Preferred Certifications:
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
  • Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
  • GIAC Certifications (GSEC, GCIA, etc.)
