Key Responsibilities
As a Manager – Business Analyst / PM, you will:
1. Business Analysis & Reporting
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Drive finance and regulatory reporting transformation initiatives.
- Analyze financial risk data, RWA (Risk Weighted Assets), and liquidity metrics.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose business solutions.
- Deliver clear, actionable documentation for functional and regulatory projects.
2. Project Management
- Manage end-to-end delivery of finance and risk-related projects.
- Develop timelines, track project milestones, and mitigate risks.
- Work with cross-functional global teams on transformational change.
- Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies effectively.
3. Control & Assurance
- Design and execute test strategies and assurance plans.
- Conduct control testing and assess change impact.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulatory frameworks.
4. Business Intelligence & Visualization
- Create impactful dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or QlikSense.
- Interpret large datasets to drive business insights.
- Automate reporting pipelines and integrate with business systems.
Skills & Expertise
✅ Must-Have Skills:
- Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting, financial controls, and risk frameworks
- Experience working in financial services or capital markets
- Advanced skills in SQL and Excel
- Hands-on exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikSense)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
💡 Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Python, ETL tools, or automation frameworks
- Understanding of capital markets & banking systems
- Experience managing regulatory change across global teams
Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E), MBA, M.Sc. IT, or M.Tech
- Certifications in Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Project Management, or platforms like GitHub/Kaggle are an added advantage
