Key Responsibilities
As a Manager – AI / Gen AI at EY, you will:
- Lead AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solution design and implementation across diverse industries.
- Develop and deploy APIs, advanced LLM models (GPT-3.5, GPT-4, Llama, BERT, Dolly, etc.), and vector database solutions for contextual data processing.
- Drive Generative AI applications using both open-source and proprietary models (OpenAI GPT, Azure Cognitive Services, Google Palm, Cohere).
- Apply statistical techniques including regression, classification, forecasting, and text analytics.
- Manage large-scale AI/ML projects and ensure smooth delivery across geographies.
- Collaborate with finance, supply chain, and business leaders to identify AI-driven opportunities and deliver value-added solutions.
- Provide expert reviews and mentor project teams on AI/ML best practices.
- Work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and global EY teams to ensure alignment with business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 9–14 years of relevant experience in AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI projects.
- Strong programming expertise in Python (5–8 years minimum).
- Proven experience with Azure Cloud frameworks for AI deployment.
- Hands-on expertise in NLP, LLMs, Deep Learning techniques, and Generative AI orchestration tools (e.g., Langchain).
- Experience in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and product development principles.
- Advanced presentation, communication, and client engagement skills.
- Ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and mentor junior professionals.
Preferred Skills
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate AI/ML insights into business outcomes.
- Familiarity with multicultural, distributed delivery environments.
- Hands-on experience in finance, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing analytics solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
