As an Accounting & Reporting Manager, you will lead client engagements, mentor teams, and drive excellence in financial reporting and compliance using ERP systems like SAP and Oracle. Ideal candidates are Chartered Accountants with strong analytical skills, experience with regulatory reporting, and a passion for delivering insights in a fast-paced environment.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Lead accounting and financial reporting for clients in a multi-GAAP environment including IFRS, US GAAP, and local accounting standards.
• Manage preparation and review of consolidated financial statements and fund accounting for various investment products.
• Stay updated and ensure compliance with evolving Ind AS, IFRS, US GAAP, and related regulatory frameworks.
• Oversee regulatory reporting and help clients navigate complex compliance requirements.
• Utilize ERP systems such as SAP, S4 HANA, Oracle, or MS Dynamics for financial data management.
• Analyze large datasets using MS Excel and deliver actionable insights through reports and presentations.
• Conduct trainings, deliver technical articles, and mentor junior team members.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships to exceed expectations and drive business growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative accounting solutions and improve delivery quality.

💡 Skills & Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong accounting & reporting background.
• In-depth knowledge of multi-GAAP financial reporting including IFRS, US GAAP, and Ind AS.
• Experience with fund accounting and investment product reporting.
• Proficient in ERP platforms: SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, or similar.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and ability to handle large volumes of data effectively.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization is a plus.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, including report writing and client interaction.
• Proven leadership ability to train, mentor, and lead teams effectively.
• Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and work under ambiguity.
