Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on aviation refueling equipment and associated static/mobile facilities.
- Independently repair systems involving pneumatics, hydraulics, instrumentation, and fuel lines.
- Coordinate closely with the Operations team to minimize downtime by responding swiftly to breakdowns.
- Ensure all maintenance work aligns with ENOC’s environmental, safety, and quality standards.
- Interpret technical drawings and schematics for troubleshooting and equipment installations.
- Document maintenance activities in the Oracle system and manage inventory reconciliation.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to:
- Prepare maintenance schedules
- Monitor inventory of spare parts
- Analyze root causes of equipment failures
- Plan and report on daily tasks
- Assist with contractor supervision, audit compliance, and inspection readiness.
- Support the Technical Manager in implementing new equipment upgrades, maintenance initiatives, and improvements.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical knowledge in aviation fueling systems, mechanical components, and piping.
- Skilled in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and preventive maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of Oracle ERP or similar maintenance management systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Clear verbal and written English communication skills.
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on safety and compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years as a technician/mechanic in an aviation refueling environment, OR
- Minimum of 3 years as a technician/mechanic in automotive maintenance, OR
- 3 years of experience in mechanical piping, valves, and fittings.
- Technical diploma or vocational qualification in Mechanical, Automotive, or Industrial Engineering preferred.
- Good IT proficiency and familiarity with audit processes.
