Key Responsibilities
Machine Learning & Model Development
- Design, develop, and implement predictive ML models to support intelligent automation and advanced reporting.

Collaboration & Integration

- Mentor junior engineers, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
- Experience: 5+ years in Machine Learning, Data Engineering, or Software Development.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn), and production-quality code.
- Data Skills: Strong understanding of statistics, mathematics, Big Data, data structures, modeling, and visualization.
- Cloud Experience: Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure for ML deployment is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
